Double Blessings: Don't Be Scared

Dear Friend,

In this episode, I share a dream in which I saw many women finding out they were pregnant. They all already had children and were nervous! But God is saying that He’s giving more projects to those who have been good stewards. You don’t have to be nervous. He’ll help you.

*Something I wanted to add from the dream that I didn't mention in the podcast episode is that there was a figure saying negative, worriesome things to the one of the pregnant women. He was in the "group chat" and seemed like part of the gang, but everything he was saying to her was making her stressed. "Are you sure you can handle this?" "It doesn't seem wise to have another baby so soon after your twins?" and the woman was repeating his worries, echoing them and telling people what he'd said.

Another one of the pregnant women was also worried, and I could see her feeling stressed in her heart, but there was a man near her. A calm, kind man. He put his head against the woman's head and he prayed for her like that . It was such a deep heartfelt, Spirit-filled prayer. I can't remember anything he said although I did hear the prayer. The prayer didn't just soothe her soul, it brought calm and assurance and a sense of excitement, exhilaration.

Of the three women in the dream who were pregnant with this blessing, she was the only one who was happy and it was because she was connected to and prayed with the man.

I remember if I described the first women in detail in the podcast episode, but the first woman upon finding out she was pregnant was kinda frozen in shock. That's the only way I saw her in the whole dream. Just frozen not moving, really shocked.

So if you have to choose which woman to be, I suggest the third one.

Don't listen to any voices that make you feel afraid or worried about what God is giving you. Sometimes well-meaning (or not so well-meaning people) will try to discourage you. It does no good to echo these thoughts. Ask Jesus to be the help you need. Go to Him in prayer for solutions and comfort.

“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

Matthew 6:31-33

I also want to add the verse from 1 Thessalonians 5:16 which says, "Pray without ceasing." Communion, prayer with Jesus makes the difference between getting through something and really flying with it and having a great time.

How Staying Focused Keeps You Afloat

In the last post I wrote about how in the story of Nehemiah, two men called Sanballat and Tobiah were instantly disturbed by Nehemiah's plan to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

Then they laughed and accused Nehemiah of doing wrong. Nehemiah didn't fight them or go on a tirade defending himself. His answer to his newly formed panel of agitators was to state his unmoving faith in God. Even as they spread falsehoods against Nehemiah, he prevailed. How? He kept his eyes on the One who had given him his project. Focus will keep you on track and even in joy as you work. Keep reading.

Rejecting Every False Prophecy/Curse & Choosing God's Vision

When Sanballat and his buddies realized he could not attack Nehemiah's body, they tried to attack his mind with accusations. When they realized the attacks on the mind did not work, they tried to attack his spirit by having him come into physical agreement with false prophecy of imminent attack and death ("they will come and kill you").

What has been falsely prophesied over your work? That it's not a good time to start? That the economy isn't good enough? That no one will like your work? That it will fail? That you're not the one to do it? The enemy cannot physically make you stop but he will try to discourage and discredit you. Come out of agreement with any false prophetic word and come into agreement God's sight for your project. Keep reading.
